The public hearing for the Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Re-evaluation Study along a portion of US 19 (SR 55) in Pinellas County was held on October 30, 2018. This public hearing was being conducted to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the conceptual design, and social, economic, and environmental effects of the proposed improvements.
The meeting began with an open house, followed by a formal public comment period at 6:30 p.m. Draft project documents and other project-related materials were displayed, and a PowerPoint presentation ran continuously during the open house. A court reporter was be available to receive comments in a one-on-one setting and recorded all comments received during the formal hearing.

All comments postmarked on or before November 9, 2018, will become part of the official public hearing record. You can attend anytime during the two-hour meeting to review project information and talk one-on-one with project team members.
